EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement

The EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement is established between the EU and UK, outlining a number of areas, including digital trade, trade in goods and services, road transport and aviation, intellectual property, public procurement, law enforcement, fisheries, and judicial cooperation in criminal matters. You can read the full agreement on the GOV.UK official page. The TCA also directly affects the Windsor Framework, which governs trade between Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

The agreement has significant implications for customs declarations, import duties, and trade compliance for businesses operating between the UK and EU. Traders moving goods between the two territories must ensure their documentation and declarations meet the requirements set out under the TCA. iCustoms’ EU customs filing and UK customs declaration platforms are designed to help businesses stay fully compliant.
