CBP Form 6059B

CBP Form 6059B is a Customs and Border Protection document that visitors to the United States must fill out upon arrival. This form gathers data about the visitor, the goods being imported, and any items that might be subject to restrictions or duties. 

It assists CBP in identifying and inspecting goods that might present security, health, or financial risks and helps to guarantee adherence to U.S. customs laws.
