Overseas Countries and Territories (OCTs)

Overseas Countries and Territories (OCTs) are a group of territories associated with the European Union (EU). This unique relationship allows the EU to apply preferential trade agreements to entire regions rather than individual countries. You can read the full official list of OCTs on the European Commission website.

Businesses trading with OCTs should be aware that customs duty rates and trade compliance requirements may differ from standard EU trade rules. Using iCustoms’ EU customs filing platform can help ensure accurate declarations when trading across OCT-linked territories.
