C-TPAT

Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) is a partnership program between voluntary trade community members and Customs and Border Protection (CBP). It allows trade community members and CBP to work together, which strengthens the international supply chain.

This program offers an opportunity for businesses to play a role in combating terrorism. Businesses can ensure a more secure supply chain for their customers, suppliers, and employees by participating in this program. Tools like denied party screening can further support C-TPAT compliance efforts.

Benefits of C-TPAT compliance:

  • Competitive edge
  • Reduced insurance rate
  • Reduced cost and time
  • Enforced security measures in the supply chain
  • Fast customs clearance and release of goods
