ATA Carnet, also referred to as Passport for Goods, is a global customs document allowing the duty-free temporary importation of the goods. The system was created by the International ATA Conventions, and governed by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the World Customs Organisation (WCO). It is widely used by traders and customs agents to move goods across borders for exhibitions, professional equipment, and commercial samples.
